Yes, the Seller is required to thoroughly inspect all items for safety and usability before listing. Any defects or wear are clearly noted in the product description. For competition gear, we verify compliance with relevant standards (e.g., FIE certification).

How do I know if the gear will fit me?

Each listing includes detailed size information, brand-specific sizing charts, and measurements. If you're unsure about sizing, contact the seller or our support team for guidance.

What is your return policy?

Can I buy internationally?

How can I sell my used fencing gear on your website?

Sellers can list their items by creating an account and submitting a listing through our seller portal. Provide details like brand, size, condition, certification (if applicable), and clear photos of the gear.

What types of fencing gear can I sell?

You can sell masks, jackets, breeches, gloves, lames, weapons, shoes, bags, body cords, and other fencing accessories. All items must meet safety standards and be in good, usable condition.

Do I need to clean my gear before listing it?

Yes, all items must be cleaned and sanitized before being shipped to buyers. Listings with visibly clean and well-maintained items are more likely to sell.

How should I price my items?

We recommend pricing items at 30–70% of the original retail price, depending on the brand, condition, and market demand. Our pricing guide can help you determine a fair value.

What are your fees for selling items?

We charge a small (12%) commission on each sale to cover transaction processing and platform maintenance. Exact fees are outlined in our seller agreement.

How do I get paid?

Once your item sells and the buyer confirms receipt, payment will be deposited into your account. You can choose from options like direct bank transfer, PayPal, or store credit.

Who pays for shipping?

Sellers are responsible for shipping the item to the buyer. Shipping costs can either be included in the item price or added as a separate fee during checkout. Our platform provides estimated shipping rates.

What happens if my item doesn’t sell?

Listings remain active for 30 days or until sold. If your item doesn’t sell within that time, you can relist it, adjust the price, or remove it from the platform.

What if the buyer requests a return?

If a buyer requests a return due to misrepresentation or damage not mentioned in your listing, you may be required to accept the return. Please ensure your listing accurately describes the condition of the item to avoid disputes.

Are there restrictions on what I can sell?

Yes, we do not allow the sale of:
a. Damaged gear that cannot be safely used.
b. Items that do not meet basic fencing standards (e.g., non-conductive lames).
c. Items that do not comply with FIE or other competition regulations if listed as competition-grade

Can I sell items internationally?

Do you offer bulk selling options for clubs or vendors?

Can I edit or delete my listing after it’s posted?

How do I provide proof of authenticity for high-value items?

A sales receipt is preferred but not required.

What should I do if my item is lost or damaged during shipping?

First report it to the shipping company. You will need to issue the buyer a full refund

Can I sell an item that has been stenciled with a name and/or country?

Yes, but it should be offered at a much lower price. And you can offer material to sew over the stencil or at least offer to find a place to get the material.
